In the month of March, a very well-preserved lead seal of Tsar Simeon I (893-927) arrived in the museum's collection. It was issued in the first decade of the independent rule of the ruler, the period 893 – 904. This type of pencil dovuli is the earliest of all the six types of seals of Simeon I known so far.
