Relief from a Thracian tomb from the mound embankment of one of the largest mounds in Bulgaria - "Frog Mound", Strelcha.

The fragment is from a limestone block representing the front of a symbolic lion/panther image. According to recent studies and a graphic reconstruction by D. Stoyanova and Ch. Tsochev, this is part of the facade of the earliest tomb, which was destroyed before or during the construction of the two already known tombs in Zaba Mogila. The color palette is red, dark blue or black15. The ornament is applied freehand after being previously sketched with a thin red line. Date: about or before 350–330 BC.
