International project "Eurovision. Museums represent Europe"

The National History Museum /NIM/ is a partner in an international project co-financed under the Culture program of the European Union - Eurovision. Museums present Europe" /EMEE/, which started in November 2012. and will end in October 2016. Its main goal is to answer the question of how to attract more audiences to museums.
The main idea of the project is to make museums more and more accessible, to present the exhibits in them not only in a regional and national, but also in a European context, and to make the public's participation in the overall process more active. It also develops creative approaches to attract the public and tries to win over a larger number of people who generally do not visit the museum by engaging and activating the visitor.
